Breakfast: Kefir; fried chicken liver and heart, with “nourishing goo” — boiled chicken meat, roasted cauliflower, coconut oil, beef broth, and raw egg yolks
Lunch: Beet Kvass, leftover breakfast
Snack: Boiled chicken meat drizzled with ghee; kombucha
